Shipping & Return Policy

YOUR PACK SHIPMENT

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.

AK & HI orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

For Thanksgiving orders: All orders must be received by November 16th to ensure delivery by Thanksgiving Day.

For Christmas Orders: All orders must be received by December 13th to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve. Orders that do not have specified delivery dates will be sent out within 2 business days of ordering.

For Express delivery, we also offer 3-day and next day UPS shipping for an additional cost. Please contact us directly if you select either of these options at 1-800-362-9899.

Boxes are amply sized to keep your items well-protected.

Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O Box Address. Please include a street address. For shipping via UPS, please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of your order.

Ordering by Mail: Fill in your name and phone number in the section titled MAIL ORDER FORM and please make sure that all of the information is PRINTED clearly. Please order by Item Number and Description. Be sure to fill in the complete address of recipient(s) in the Gift Section. Please enclose a check or money order made out to Circle K Ranch, or provide your credit card information with your order. Mail your completed Order Form to:

Ordering by Phone 1-800-362-9899: Credit customers please have all necessary information ready. Our regular business hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

Ordering by Fax 559-834-2258: Please include all customers and recipient(s) information and a method of payment. Also indicate the number of pages faxed. We will acknowledge your order by either fax or phone. Please do not duplicate by mailing the order form, if faxed. We accept faxed orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering by Email orders@circlekranch.com: Please include all customers and recipient(s) information along with your credit card information. We will acknowledge your order by replying to your email. We accept email orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value whenever conditions beyond our control make it necessary, unless you specify otherwise.

COATED ITEMS: Our coated items are listed on our website year round but we will not be able to ship coated items after May 1st as this is when the temperature begins to rise in the Central Valley. Our cut off is at 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We will resume shipping of coated items in October – weather permitting. If an order comes through requesting coated items within the time that we do not ship, we are not able to guarantee the condition of how the product will arrive and Circle K Ranch will not be able to give any refunds.

CLUSTER RAISINS: Cluster Raisins are a seasonal item. We do list them on our website year round but the cluster season is from October thru March. This is solely dependent on the crop harvest for the year. Please contact us directly after March and we will be able to advise if we still have a supply of clusters available.
